- With only six issues, it is currently the shortest storyline. This is because the issues were not grouped within storylines until they were re-published at www.beyondtheimpossible.org and these six issues would not match the previous or following ones.
- This is one of the few storylines that take place entirely on Earth
- Although it won’t be called as such until the “Battle for the Heart of the Universe” storyline, the device that almost destroys New York City in the storyline is the first prototype of what will become the Negative Drive.
