Helen /ˈhɛlən/ IPA, Χελεν in Olympian),commonly referred to as Helen of Troy, is the half-mortal daughter of Zeus and the most beautiful woman in the universe.
Biography
Helen is the daughter of Zeus and Leda, the queen of Sparta. Her kidnapping was the inciting incident of the First Trojan War.
After the war, Helen married Apollo. The couple had hundreds of children but grew apart because Helen was only able to give birth to girls, none of which inherited their immortality.
She later became an ally of Noriko Null, often behind her husband’s back. She had to be rescued by her twice: when she was kidnapped by Ulysses and when Ares attacked Delos during Apollo’s absence.
When this resulted in Noriko Null killing Apollo, Helen inherited his kingdom in her new position as queen regnant.
She was later kidnapped by Harmonia, who took over her kingdom. After being freed, Helen swore allegiance to the new Olympian Empire as a vassal.
Powers
Immortality: Helen does not age; she has kept her current apparent age for thousands of years.
Enhanced healing: Helen is able to heal from deadly injuries, such as being shot point blank in the face, within a few hours.
Superhuman beauty: Helen is perceived by mortals as the most beautiful thing they have ever seen. This works on several races (humans, Myridians, Demons, Lampyrians) and regardless of sexual orientation. Any mortal in the presence of Helen will instantly fall in love with her, having trouble concentrating on anything else and obeying her every wish. This does not work on gods.
This power is so powerful that Helen’s real physical characteristics are unknown: every mortal sees her in his/her own interpretation of the apex of beauty, even if they see her being from a different species (a Demon will likely see her as a Demon and a Lampyrian will likely see her as another Lampyrian).
Helen has no control over this power and has to rely on a marble mask built by Hephaestus to block it.
Notes
- Because of her power, her real characteristics or even her race are unknown. Without her mask Noriko Null has seen her as asian, Quantum has seen her as black, and Torn has seen her as a red-skinned Demon
- Helen is not married to Apollo in Greek mythology as their marriage was celebrated after Earth was separated from the influence of the rest of the Galaxy
- None of Helen’s children have inherited her immortality and she given birth exclusively to girls
