The Winter Kingdom is a sector of the Olympian Galaxy under mortal rule.

Gaining freedom from divine rule during the creation othe Alliance and initially part of the Mortal Republic, it separated as part of the Guild sector. After the Winter King left the Guild, several planets swore allegiance to him creating an independent new sector.
After a failed invasion of Earth, the Winter King was succeeded by the Ice Queen.
It was briefly under the telepathic control of Harmonia; since the Ice Queen fled the kingdom during the invasion, it was considered akin to an abdication.
The throne was then inherited by Noriko Null.
