The Guild was a criminal organization originating in the Dionysus sector, later joining the Alliance and gaining independence. It was the main adversary during “The Guild” and “Battle for the Heart of the Universe” storylines.
At the height of its power, the Guild included territory that had been under the rule of Hephaestus, Dionysus and Aphrodite.
Soon after the Guild gained independence from the Alliance, the Winter King left the organization to protest the attack on its former allies; the worlds following him formed the Winter Kingdom.
Following the failed invasion of Earth, the entire Guild was destroyed when Noriko Null activated the Heart Of The Universe.
Its territory returned under control of the successor of the Alliance, the Mortal Republic.
