Notes

  • This is currently the last storyline to be reprinted in book form
  • At 28 chapters long, this was the longest storyline until it was surpassed by “The red war” three years later
  • Issues 218 and 219 are the first time a multi-part title has been unsed since issues 46 and 47. It won’t happen again until issue 428.
  • Noriko Null turns 21 years old inside a time bubble; this makes her and the Vanguard over six months younger than their official age. Noriko’s physical age will catch up with her thanks to similar bubbles during the “Schism” and “The red war“.
  • Tiamat is the fourth god to be killed by Noriko Null in the series. Hekate is the first god die die at the hands of somebody else, namely by Tiamat.
  • While not a main adversary, this is the third time Eris is among the adversaries after “The Empire strikes first” and “Hearts and minds
