Helios /ˈhiːlioʊs/ IPA, Χεληοσ in Olympian) is the Greek god of the Sun.

Biography

The son of the the titans Hyperion and Theia, Helios enjoyed little recognition in the Olympian Galaxy thanks to the much younger but vastly more powerful Apollo.
The marriage Ilithyia, daughter of Zeus, was orchestrated by Hera to give the newly wedded couple more political power.
Helios wound up in a direct confrontation with the artifially created goddess Amaterasu who killed him before his newly conceived child could be born.

Powers

Immortality: Helios does not age; each of her bodies has kept his current apparent age for millions of years.

Flight: Helios can lift his own body telekinetically.

Invulnerability: By placing a mental lock on her molecular structure, Helios can prevent his body from being harmed.

Telekinesis: Helios can move objects with his mind.

Godlike strength: Helios is as strong as he thinks he is.

Godlike stamina: Helios doesn’t need to eat, drink or sleep.

Universal translator: Helios can understand any language instantly. People around him will have the same ability, but it will fade over time without prolonged contact.

Solar energy generation: Helios is able to emit the same amount of radiation and heat of an entire star.
