The Neural Transmitter is a device invented by Noriko Null that transforms thoughts into radio waves, allowing for silent long-distance communication. The device can be shut down for privacy.
Later models improved security and added the possibiliy to also transmit images.
It was later replaced by the more efficient Soul Relay.
