The Soul Relay is a device invented by Noriko Null to replace the Neural Transmitter.
In addition to providing the same functions (such as the ability to transmit thoughts and untraceable two-way communications), the Soul Relay has a far longer range: it allows for communications across solar systems across the Olympian Galaxy.
If one of the users has access to the Blood, the Soul Relay allows two user to combine their abilities for an immense power boost.
