The Mortal Republic was the successor of the Mortal Alliance and  one of the few sectors of the Olympian Galaxy not under divine rule.

The Republic was not initially considered a sovereign entity from the other gods until Noriko Null successfully petitioned the Assembly Of The Nine Gods.
After gaining recognition as an official vassal to Zeus, it was succeeded by the Olympian Empire.

 

Politics

The democratically elected Mortal Senate holded both legislative and executive powers, with the President of the Mortal Senate being its head of state and the commander-in-chief of its armed forces.

Alexer Syzar served as the first President, followed by his wife Aura after his assassination.
After Aura was assassinated herself, the Republic was integrated into the Olympian Empire.
