The Mortal Alliance, sometimes simply called the Alliance, was a partnership between several groups united by the desire to give mortals independence from divine rule.
While most of the factions leading to its creation merged with the Alliance, the Guild and the Talos Collective maintained independence and soon seceded to create its own sector.
The Alliance included territory that had been under the rule of Demeter, Hephaestus, Hermes, Persephone, Dionysus, Aphrodite and Artemis.
At the peak of its power, it had the largest territoral expansion of all the Olympian Galaxy sectors of the modern era.
There were 1,193 planets under Alliance control, with a total population of 483 billion mortals.
The Alliance would later be replaced by the Mortal Republic.
